Peach Up

Peach Up ("we", "us") is designed to be private by default. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. By using Peach Up you agree to this policy.
Your fitness and nutrition data — your profile, workouts, logged meals, weight check-ins, water, streaks, and progress photos — is stored locally in the iOS app. If you use a separate Peach Up web experience, browser dashboard data may also sync to our backend under the email you provide so you can return from the same browser or device.
When you use the Cal AI feature, the meal photo you capture or select and/or your text description is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our backend, which forwards it to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter, which routes the request to a large-language-model provider such as OpenAI) to estimate calories and macros. This data is processed only to generate your estimate and is not stored by us afterward. These requests are not linked to your name or an account. OpenRouter and the underlying model provider process the request under their own terms — see OpenRouter's privacy policy. AI estimates can be inaccurate and are provided as a guide, not medical or dietary advice.
Peach Pro subscriptions in the iOS app are purchased and managed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment information for those purchases. If you separately buy through a Peach Up web experience, that web payment may be processed by Whop. We never receive your full payment-card details.
Peach Up does not display advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Camera and photo-library access are used only to capture or select meal photos (for Cal AI) and private progress photos. Progress photos never leave your device. Meal photos are used only for the analysis described above.
If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send push notifications from a server.
Peach Up is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
You control your data. You can clear local app or browser data from your device. iOS subscriptions can be managed or cancelled from your Apple account subscription settings. You may also contact us for help.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
